Using a deal at the register
Tap the deal and show the screen. The business marks it used and it comes off on the spot. If it won’t go through, email us from the counter. A screenshot is fastest.
Billing and cancelling
Memberships renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account settings; you keep what you already paid for. If a payment fails, your deals pause until it goes through.
Where the money goes
60% goes directly to supporting families: $1/month to our scholarship fund, the rest to the family you chose. We keep the rest, never more than $40 a month.
Family pages and kids
Parents own everything. Kids never sign in, a page shows a first name and an activity, and there’s no way to message a kid. Updates go one way, parent to approved followers. If anything worries you, email us.
For local businesses
Your portal is where deals are drafted, published, paused and counted. Sign in with your business email.
