Business terms
Version 2026-09-01 · Superfan Deals, LLC · hello@directily.com
The short version
Listing is free — no fee, no commission, no revenue share. You write the deal, you set the terms, you can pause it in a tap. You honour your own live deal or you pause it. If someone joins from a sign on your counter, their free first month is paid by Superfan Deals, never by you — and no sign will ever say otherwise.
It costs you nothing
There is no listing fee, no monthly fee, no commission, and no revenue share. Superfan Deals does not take a percentage of anything you sell. We do not process your payments — a member pays you the way any customer pays you, at your register, minus the discount you wrote.
A visit that does not happen costs you nothing. That is the whole commercial arrangement.
Your deal is yours
You write the deal. You set the discount, the fine print, the days and times it runs, and any cap on how many can be redeemed. You can pause it, change it, or take it down at any time from your portal, and the change is live immediately.
You can run up to three deals at once. You may also, if you want to, offer a birthday freebie and a welcome deal for new members — both optional, both yours to define.
You are responsible for honouring your own live deal. If you cannot honour it — you sold out, you are short-staffed, the price changed — pause it. Pausing is instant and carries no penalty. Leaving a live deal up and refusing it at the register is the one thing that gets a listing taken down.
Two standards
A listing is only worth having if members trust it, so two things are expected of every deal. First, a member deal is exclusive, or meaningfully better than what you already advertise publicly — a member should not be able to get the same discount by walking in off the street. Second, deals members do not use come down; we would rather show ten deals people redeem than forty nobody does.
During the pilot these are measured and discussed, not automatically enforced. We will tell you what your deal is doing before we ever suggest changing it.
Redemptions and what you see
A member shows the deal on their phone; your staff mark it used and take the discount off. Every redemption is counted, and your portal shows views, redemptions and how many were people who had not been in before.
We show you counts and patterns, never a member’s personal details. You do not receive a member list, an email list, or anyone’s contact information from us.
If a redemption looks wrong — a duplicate, a code that should not have worked, a member who has already used their limit — email us and we will look at the ledger and tell you what actually happened.
Counter referrals: the free month is ours, not yours
If you display a Superfan Deals counter sign, someone who joins by scanning it gets their first month free. That free month is paid for by Superfan Deals, out of our own share. It costs you nothing and it is not a discount on anything you sell.
For that reason, no sign, card, or piece of copy may say or imply that your business is discounting a purchase, sponsoring the membership, or paying for anything. We write the signs, and we will not print a claim that is not true. If you want different wording, ask us — we would rather rewrite a sign than let a customer misunderstand who paid.
Being named on our deals page before you have signed on, if that ever happens, is always marked as a deal we proposed and cannot be redeemed. Ask us to take your business off and we take it off, the same day, no discussion.
Your listing, our list
You give us permission to show your business name, category, address, and the deals you write, on Superfan Deals and in materials that point people to Superfan Deals. You keep every right in your own name and marks; we do not claim to be your partner, sponsor or agent, and we will not use your name to suggest an endorsement you have not given.
Self-signed businesses are reviewed by a person before the listing goes live. We can decline a listing, and we can take one down — for a broken deal, for something unsafe, or for a business that is not what it said it was. We will tell you why.
You can leave whenever you like. Email us, or take your deals down and tell us you are done. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
The boring parts
You are an independent business. Nothing here makes us partners, joint venturers, employer and employee, or agents of each other. You are responsible for your own taxes, licences, insurance and for the goods and services you sell.
We do not promise a number of members, a number of redemptions, or an amount of revenue. Anything we show you as an example is labelled as an example.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Oregon. When they change in substance, the version date at the top moves and we email you.
