Organization terms
Version 2026-09-02 · Superfan Deals, LLC · hello@directily.com
The short version
Offering Superfan Deals to your families costs nothing and always will, and no money passes through your books. You confirm you can sign your organization up, you never make it compulsory, and you describe it accurately. We never show your name publicly, and we never show you a roster of your families or anything at all about a child.
It costs you nothing, and it always will
There is no fee, no subscription, no commission and no percentage. Superfan Deals never invoices an organization for anything, and there is no paid tier we will later ask you to move to.
No money passes through your accounts. Every dollar moves between a member, Superfan Deals and a family — you never collect, hold, bank, count or account for any of it. There is nothing to reconcile and nothing to put in your treasurer’s report.
There is no inventory, no order form, no collection envelope and nothing to store. You are not a distributor and you are not a reseller.
You confirm you can sign your organization up
When you sign up, you are telling us you have the authority to enter this arrangement for the organization you named — that you are a board member, coach, director, administrator or someone else the organization would recognise as able to speak for it.
This is the clause we care about most, and it is not a formality. If a parent volunteer signs up a club without asking anybody, the club finds out when its families start receiving materials with its name on them. If you are not sure whether you are the right person, ask first and sign up afterwards.
If we learn that an organization was signed up without authority, we take the listing down and tell the organization what happened.
What you get, and what you will never be shown
You get your own sign-up link, a printable one-pager, an email written and ready to send to your families, and a page showing how it is going.
That page shows counts and nothing else: how many of your families have started a page, how many are live, and — once at least three are live — what they have earned between them. You will never be shown which families they are, what any one family has earned, or anything at all about a child.
The money total is withheld below three live families on purpose. With one family, a combined figure is that family’s earnings disclosed to their club, and that is theirs to share or not. We would rather show you a blank and tell you why.
If you want to know how a particular family is doing, ask that family. You can already have that conversation and we have no business brokering it.
You will not make it compulsory
You may tell your families Superfan Deals exists, and you may tell them as often as you like. You may not require a family to take part, tie participation to a place on a team, set a per-family target, or treat a family who does not join any differently from one who does.
This is not a fundraiser and it must never be run as one. The whole product rests on nobody being asked to give: a superfan buys a membership they use, and a family earns from it. A club that turns it into an obligation has turned it into the thing it was built to replace.
You may not collect money from your families on our behalf, or on a family’s behalf, in connection with any of this.
Describe it accurately, and we will do the same
When you tell your families about Superfan Deals, please use the materials we give you, or describe it accurately in your own words: a membership that gets a superfan deals at local businesses, where 60% of every dollar goes directly to supporting families — $1 a month to the scholarship fund, and the rest directly to the family for their activity costs.
Do not describe it as a donation, a fundraiser, a charitable contribution, or as tax deductible. It is none of those things and saying so would mislead the people you are talking to.
For our part: your organization’s name is never shown on any public page. We use it internally to know which families came from where, and on the materials we prepare for you to send. We will not announce you as a partner, sponsor or customer, or use your name or marks in our own marketing, without asking you first.
Your families, and their children
A family’s page belongs to that family, not to your organization. The parent creates it, controls it, publishes it and can take it down, and none of that runs through you.
Children never sign in and cannot be messaged through Superfan Deals. A public family page shows a child’s first name and their activity and nothing else — no last name, no school, no team, no club, no organization, no schedule and no future event. Your organization’s name is not on it either.
You will not be given a family’s contact details, a child’s name, or any part of a family’s page through us. If a family wants you to know something, they will tell you.
Either of us can stop
You can leave whenever you like, for any reason or none. Email us and we stop sending you materials and retire your sign-up link. There is nothing to cancel, no notice period and nothing to pay.
Families who already have pages keep them. Their pages are theirs, they were never yours, and a family does not lose what it has earned because its club changed its mind.
We can end the arrangement too — if an organization makes participation compulsory, misdescribes the product to its families, or was signed up by somebody without authority. We will tell you why.
The boring parts
Nothing here makes us partners, joint venturers, employer and employee, franchisor and franchisee, or agents of one another. You are not our representative and we are not yours.
We do not promise a number of families, an amount raised, or that any family will earn anything at all. Anything we show you as an example is labelled as an example, and the counts on your page are the real ones.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Oregon. When they change in substance, the version date at the top moves and we email you before your materials change.
